Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains
- With all original tags attached and in original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Accessories (bags, sunglasses, jewellery)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 5 business days with return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
