We currently ship to Canada and internationally. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Europe & International: 10–21 business days

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Olivia Kingston is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best solution.
